TOEFL成绩单是否需要在deadline前寄到HBS?

想重考一次TOEFL，HBS的application instruction上写：Those candidates required to take the TOEFL or IELTS must have received at least their unofficial scores prior to submitting their application. Both overall and component test scores must be reported on the application form. 但发信问HBS是否正式成绩单需要在deadline前寄到，问了一周，和adcom来回邮件近10次，他反复跟我强调ETS没有unofficial score，成绩在2周后就出来了，就是没搞懂我问的是official report。不敢再问下去了，估计再骚扰下去他们一看到我的package就直接扔掉了，所以来问问这里的xdjm们有谁清楚的？或者我需要换个邮箱继续去骚扰HBS这个问题？谢谢！
