All grades are self-reported. We don't verify their accuracy until after we admit you. This doesn't mean you don't need official grades- you just tell us what they are, and we take you at your word until after admission.
Scanning is fine, but you take the risk that the adcom officer might read the scan wrongly. Besides, typing it out doesn't take so long, does it?
May I know what will be the format of sending reference letter for lauder? Should I request the referencee to send out the letter by Mail or E-mail to the Admissoin com, or scanned the copy and upload to hte system?
