绿卡出了签证到底有什么优势？

倒是跟着家里移民混了一张绿卡，没在美国工作也没住几天，转了一圈就回国发展了，就是一个假海龟，今年申请，选校越来越晕，请大侠指点一二。

国内一般本科毕业，英文专业，GPA有3.4左右吧；

G720/5.5，T112 都是轻松一战，个人感觉G有必要重考，但是可能没时间了。

7年工作经验（其实是7年的party经验，实在玩够了，所以要去念书）

• 大学毕业就在新东方教了3年书，当年的同事都他妈当上主管了（千万别砸我）
• 然后在私企做国际经理2年，有欧洲工作经历1年，做高级人群医疗产品和服务行业
• 最后到了一个投资公司还是做高级医疗服务行业的项目经理，已经辞职在申请

在北京和朋友搞了一个草根组织，还挺成功。这个community贡献这方面是不发愁的。

我想申请前10的几个学校是不是有点不自量力啊？大家觉得有戏吗？

I souldn't necessarily say advtange but there are a couple things you can consider:

1. IF schools view international and American candidate differently, you will be lumped into American white/Asian male pool. It is still very competitive.

2. If you have a good FICO score, then you can probably get a student loan without a guarantor.

3. Sometimes "American/permanent residents" with international experience are viewed favorably.  If you can play your cards right.
