I have a bedroom in one apartment available from May 15th to August 15th. It’s in a big and beautiful community near the ocean, which named Harbor Point. The location is 3 minutes walk to University of Massachusetts Boston, 10 minutes walk to Shaws. Also, transportation is so convenient, 10 minutes walk to Red Line and you can also take bus 8 and 16 to Red Line. It’s just one stop between T-station and Harbor Point. You can also take the free school bus to station. Landry machine and drier is only 1.75 dollars and 1.75 dollars once. All utilities are included (hot water, heat, electricity, and free internet access). There is one twin bed, one desk, one chair, one lamp, two closet and one bookshelf for this bedroom. You just need share the bathroom with one people. Located in the second floor, near the ocean; you can enjoy the beautiful sunshine and wonderful ocean view every day. My roommates are one male and one female Umass boston graduate students. The rent is $550/month or $20/day. No smoking and no pet please.
