compare to/with？Gmat中没有区分这两个短语的区别吗？BY语法中说有，可是prep却说没区别

感谢ls的资料，好象有一些复杂和微妙

我之前一直认为compare with 是比较同类事物，而compare to是比较不同类事物

今天看了prep的题132，发现答案是C，更让人无法理解的是，破解版中的解释说道：GMAT中不区分这二者的区别

无法接受啊

发现og11黄皮里头的解释中有很多的compare to.例如52题B选项中，

B     Each state must be compared to all other

states; their does not agree with each

这里compare to用的是同类事物的比较，所以从此来看GMAT不区分compare to 和compare with

请NN们过来确认一下

with比较相同事务，想说明区别

to比较不同事务，想说明相同，也可翻译成XXXXX象XXXXX，比喻

这到不是很清楚，LZ还真细心，这题如果LZ解题有困难的话到可以用XDF的一个法则来做，至于to和with，差别主要还是在想说明相同点还是不同点吧，看看牛人是怎么来区分的

我就是用了BY语法上的此规则来对付1楼的那个prep的题的，结果错了，prep破解版的解释说不区分二者

个人认为og11为准，也就是不区分

我认为在两者用做"比较"的时候,二者并无区别,但是若要表达比喻的意思的时候,就只能用"compare to" 而不能用 compare with.

因为很多地方都有那个规则，所以很怀疑
