狠批狠批，感激不尽

Every children need a part-time job. Do you agree with or disagree with this idea?

A fiery steed is not trained in a courtyard, nor does a pine grow sturdy in a greenhouse. Our cozy house has spoiled one generation, who turns to be dependent, indecisive and fragile,even in adulthood where no reversion occurs. It is imperative to free children out, and to let them take responsibility . So how ? A part-time job ? is it conducive for children to prepare for their adult life? Admittedly, it works in some degree. However, from my standpoints, it is too hasty to conclude that all children need a part-time job.

First, children can acquire a wealth of experience from their part-time jobs. Every job has some professional skills and common skills worthwhile to master. Since children are very pliable ,it won’t take a long time before they have a good command of those which may distinguish them from their peers. Once i had a part-time job in a restaurant as a server. I helped people make order ,provided advice for consumers and  introduced our new menus to them.During that process, i knew how to perceive people’thinking via their facial expression and i also made sense of the art of marketing,a skill of communication. Thanks to that job, i became more gregarious and social and made a lot of fiends from it . It is definitely a memorable experience for me to gain experience,which is radiant in rest of my life.

Second, with regard to its tough and arduous, a part-time job can inspires children to study hard so as to obtain a decent job in their future . for children, their  limited ability and knowledge restrict them to merely be capable of doing jobs that are simple but exhaustive. It represents them a competitive job market that fittest survives. If they fail to equipped themselves with advanced and sophisticated knowledge, they may have no choice except for a low-quality job. This was really a voice of my sister after she got a part-time job in a factory . Piles of work there astonished her and made her realize how uneasy it would be to make a living if without strengths. From then on, she turned to be a diligent student and aspired to be a elite ,getting rid of these tedious task forever. A part-time job not only teaches children to value money but also edify them to be ambitious and aggressive. It ignites hope for a generation and extents to approach a flourishing society.

In spite of so many benefits, it is evitable for a part-time job to give rise to some side-effects. For one thing, some weak children after working may feel too exhaustive to continue to devote themselves to do other things such as study. And even they force themselves to stand up ,they may appear distracted and absent frequently . For another, since some children already have difficulty in their study, it is unwise to draw their valuable time out ,spending on work  instead of study.

To sum up ,the benefits and drawbacks of a part time job coexist and given  different children, it works in different ways. However, since the majority of children are active ,strong and intelligent, i believe a part time job will enrich their life and ensure them to possess a better life.
