Penn State Univ 一房出租

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and is located in
vairovillage (http://www.vairovillage.com/).

The room rented is a master room with private bath room.

Now there are two people. Both are Chinese and one is female and
the other is male. We are looking for a roommate to live in after Dec 22th.

Fees: Rent is about 321 $ per month

Electricity is depending on usage and we will share the fees. Usually, during winter time the monthly fee about is 40-60 $ per person and other time monthly fee is about 10-20 $ per person.
Wireless Network is also shared and the monthly fees is about 16 $ per person.


Utility:
Free bus passes. It takes 10-15minutes by bus tocampus and the distance from the apartment to bus
station is about 2 minute-walk. During school season,the bus will come every 15 minute.
Free parking, Free fitness center, Free TV cable
