后面的解释这句划线句子的问题是：Iverting the usual order results in an ungrammatically construction in which the main verb is both proceded and followed by a subordinate clause

请问谁能帮我解释下这句话什么问题，没太明白OG的解释。 verb is both proceded and followed by a subordinate clause，VERB可以跟subordinate clause啊，为什么不能

LZ的疑惑应该是这样的：

(that educators....) can hardly be said [that it is their fault]. 这里can hardly be said 既和前面组成一句话，又和后面组成一句话。相当于两个句子黏在一起了。

答案D 我还跳不出什么毛病来，可是看着就是有点怪怪的，觉得好像意思重心有点不一样了。本来还想看看有么有人讨论呢？

比如原句是：很难说教育者没有预料到电脑技术的影响是他们的错。
D好像意思成了：很难说教育者有错没有预料到电脑技术的影响

而且总觉得， are at fault for not doing的说法有点什么问题

有没有思路清晰的大人过来说说？
