我本科转过一次学．在申请网页上说的是For each undergraduate school attended, please complete and upload a separate Self-Reported Transcript form below.　就是说要分别上传两个学校的成绩单．
下载了成绩单模板后却看见上面写着：Fill out a separate form for each school from which you have received a degree.If courses were taken outside your primary institution(e.g. transfer/exchang/study-abroad), please mark them with an asterisk(*) in the course title and list the names of the other institution(s) in the appropriate space below. Save and upload each form before continuing to the next degree-granting insituton.这里的意思又是只用上传拿到了学位的那个学校的成绩单，转学的成绩单用（＊）列出来．　

两个地方说的不一样啊？　到底要不要两个学校分开传成绩单呢？
