Kellogg Phone Interview

听说已经有同学在被waive后又收到了kellogg的电话面试邀请。。各位收到的ggjj能麻烦出来晒晒吗？大家都是哪天收到的邀请？

没有面完，如果你也是电话interview,可以一起交流和准备下。

据说telephone interview比alumni interview要有说服力；

而通常在提交Part I之后，拿到的都是alumni interview；

也就是说，被waive掉之后又拿到telephone interview的人录取的几率要大一些；

不知道可不可以这么分析...

several tips for tele interview:

- be direct. don't give too much background before you directly answer the questions

- short sentences and short answers. don't talk too much. if you really need to talk long, give the other side a hint, e.g. "i think i need a bit more time to elaborate my points..."

- "up" and "down" in your tone. speak slowly and clearly, particularly those information which you wanna emphasize

- mock interview with people who do not know you much. mock on the phone - not face to face

- better no paper in front of you. replying too much on notes only makes you more nervous. just relax and imagine you are talking with an old friend, or someone who is willing to listen to your stories.
