Hi, MBA7, have you got interview invitation? If not, I guess chances are rare. I got wailisted without interview last year and finally got dinged. So you'd better try your best to request one. Good luck!

The common way of trying to get off the waitlist is to be proactive and update the Adcomm with new information about your life, work, etc. Reaffirm them of your interest in the school, tell them what new advancements you have achieved in your professional career, how does that help in realizing your career goals and future contributions to the school.

1 yr w/e in China's IT industry, 2.5yrs w/e in Fortune 50 international IT company
2.5 yrs part-time w/e in IT area in a US School
MS in Computer Science in Top 50 US school
Toefl: waive
A lot of extracurricular activities and leadership experience
GMAT: <700 (maybe my weakness, but I have no time to take it again)
