Bachelor's degree. Official documents indicating successful completion of the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree. Those applicants educated in countries other than the United States must have their official transcripts evaluated by an independent evaluation service. The evaluation company will send a copy of the evaluation both to the applicant and to the UMUC Graduate School. Providing the transcript evaluation does not ensure admission to the Graduate School. For transcript evaluation services, students should contact one of the independent services listed under Instructions for International Credit Evaluations.

這是不是要把成績單送到那個機構去評分然後才可以送學校呢? 是不是這個意思..?
