第一次赴美，是交换的学生，交换一学期。地点是纽约。身上带多少美金现钞好呢？

规定的上限是多少呢？超了结果很恐怖吗？

你可以去中国银行开个小单子，10块钱，上线提到一万

但是出关几乎不查，只要你放的隐秘

入美国关下飞机之前填boarder declaration，需要自己申报

看你诚实不了，10000一下没事，

申报1万以上还要再填个小表，可能会耽误一些时间

从生活需要来看随身携带现钞最好5000左右吧。有SSN的家伙可以只带2000-3000

since guys with ssn could have American credit cards.

however, you can use debt card, or bring a visa/master card from china along with u.

Bank of China doesn't have a limit as 5000. If you want to bring over 5000 usd abroad, you should get a permission from Bank of China. SAFE(state admisnistration of foreign exchange, a bureau of Chinese Gov) won't give you permission to take over 1w usd as cash to USA.

you should declare to the CBP(bureau of US Gov) if you bring over 1w usd into USA, including moneny order,check,etc..

i myself came to Bank of China and SAFE to ask about this issue and change my money, and got through the US custon several hours ago. You can find the words about money on CBP's website.

有SSN的家伙可以省去开煤气开水开店开手机等所有要签合同场合下的押金，所以过去美国很快能有SSN的家伙可以不需要1000-2000美元押金。

我今天开手机直接用的国内的visa唉。。。

我就在机场用了三刀纸币租手推车。。。
