作文29 As the increasing interactivities between the earth and human, no issue is more important than the one that whether the human damage the earth or make it better. The answers differ from person to person, those who support the opinion that the pollution is more serious and the number of species in the earth decreases. Their view is challenged by other people, however, who argue that the earth is better hold the view that people living in the earth have wonderful creature comfort than ever before. Personally, I advocate the attitude of the latter, because we can enjoy the updated technology brings to us the advanced lives.
I concede that in some aspects the human activities damage the condition of the earth. There air pollution, the water pollution and noises are the big headache of every citizen. The boost in the use of the cars within the cities makes no only the heavy pressure of traffic, but also the grave air pollution and noise, the most invidious thing to live in the city is the noise made by cars or other machines every morning. Moreover, campared with the number of species several years ago, today's data decrease sharply, it is a fact that lots of the animal and plants disappear for ever.
Even though the human do harm to the environment, the activities also are conducive to the situation of our livings. It is the up-to-date technology that makes us more convenient. The student can study at home though the internet rather than go to school in the case that he or she is ill, the managers can negotiate with theirs partners by using the video phone without flying miles to have a face-to-face conference and the information around the world can be conveyed impressively quick. For me, I can get the latest results of the Olympic games at first time, besides it is easy to get the advices from my friends all over the world.
The second reason drives me to backup this point of view is the more areas are recasted to suit people's needs. To image, without the power of the instruments human use nowadays, the citizens are still living in the forest, eating the fresh meat and have to walk a long way to get the destination. Also the people living different areas dived by the ocean can not get in touch with each others. Now, people can use the fridge to reserve the food and beverage, people can take cars, ships, flights to reach the areas that could not be got by foot, isn't it show that the earth becames a better place to live?
I believe the potential benefits of the human activities would outweigh the defects. If people take the proper precautions, such as the prescriptions that alleviate the pollution, resolve the noise problem and most important is to protect our environment.
Obviously, all the analysis leads to the undoubted viewpoint that the earth becames a better place to live, because our livies are remarkably convenient, as well as more places suitable to live in. |
