OG10-171. In 1527 King Henry VIII sought to have his marriage to Queen Catherine annulled so as to marry Anne Boleyn.

补充说明：
关于so as to连写。So as to跟to并不是完全对等的！so as to里面有as这个连词，隔开前后，前面的统统是过程，后面统统是目的，而to没有连词，如果to do做状语，修饰的是最近谓语动词。

这是08笔记上的解释。但如果这么看，so as to的出现是不应该被一竿子打死。那么在这一题中，为什么不对呢？

有CDer这样总结道--> so as to 连用 --> 必错 (对此我保留意见）
朗文：so as to do sth: in order to do sth.
E.g. John drove at a steady 50mph so as to save fuel.
We went along silently so as not to disturb anyone.

在这题中，我认为以前看帖子时[Tianwan]NN总结的比较好
so as to 做目的状语使用
既然做状语，修饰对象要明确，在这里，so as to 前有2个可限定动词 sought 和 have
这样一来就造成了歧义
是sought... so as to...
还是 have ... annulled...so as to...
从意思上，这种歧义对我们中国人并没有造成迷惑，但从语法上分析是有问题的。

我个人觉得这个解释我比较能接受。分享并供参考~
