181. In your country, is there more need for land to be left in its natural condition or is there more need for land to be developed for housing and industry?

    As far as I am concerned, I commit to the notion that there is more need for land to be left in my country's natural condition. As a developed country, housing is fully expanded as well as industry, It is the natural environment which gradually become exiguous that we cherish the most.

    Not only do people relish living in land with natural condition, but also enjoy visiting it. With the boosting tourism, natural environment play a key role therein and will continue the leading status. For instance, it is the natural environment which make Yellowstone National Park renowned and hundreds of thousands of visitors are attracted by the magnificent landscape. Therefore natural condition should remain in this land on account of developing the tourism.

   There may be disagreement in the above-mentioned statement and some people argue that land should be developed for housing and industry. For example, business investment will increase and new factories enhance the amount of taxes which will be used in improvement later. By doing this, it can certainly expand the economy even further whereas the environment condition will decline. In my point of view, maintaining the natural environment then promoting the tourism thereafter can boost economy as well.

   In sum, considerable though the advantages that develop the land for housing and industry result in are, they can not compete the benefits that remaining the land its natural condition brings about, when living condition and economy are taken into consideration.
