以下是引用kuwingsun在2005-2-20 12:05:00的发言: Executive MBA 和MBA有甚麼區別, 是不是Executive MBA畢業後不如普通MBA好找工作? This is like comparing apple with orange. MBA graduates usually start fresh so they will be looking for entry level jobs. In this sense, it is easy for them to find a job. Executive MBA graudates have 8 or more years of working experience. This makes them well established in their own industries and MBA helps them to advance their careers. However, it would be hard for Executive MBA graudates to switch to a new industry and start with an entry level position. Having said that, I still heard that some people in EMBA programs are able to switch industry. According to Financial Times, the annual salary for Wharton EMBA students is $265,968. The increase in salary (four years after getting MBA degree) is 101%. Also, for top EMBA programs such as Wharton MBA Program for Executives. You must be have 8 years of working experience. You do not need to be currently in a management position but you need to demonstrate your leadership in your career. You could be easily qualified if you have managed people before. What is your background? Without knowing that, it is hard to provide you with any good advices.
