无法想象第二轮的竞争，本土真正的shark 全部加入了，那些在次贷危机中被踩掉的 Citi, Morgan, ML, Lehmon的兄弟们。adcom再傻也 知道他们在毕业时的就业竞争力是无敌的，尤其是再进入IB行业。

可怕，即使进入了，想起来毕业的时候和这帮家伙竞争也是 Truly uphill fight.

As adcoms sense and anticipate that the quality of applicants will shoot up in later rounds, they also began to be more selective or put more international applicants on waitlist. 

I personally don't think they "have to", or even are willing to do this, especially for those top schools.

And so far, according to R1, most schools kept about the same ratios as the prior years.
