实在不明白为什么Berkeley MBA Haas的托福要求这么低，有谁明白吗？

What is the required TOEFL score for international applicants?
The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is administered in three formats, paper and pencil, computer-based, and internet-based. If you take the paper and pencil version, your score must be at least 570 out of 677. If you take the computer-based test, you must earn a score of at least 230 out of 300. You are correct, the minimum score requirement for the iBT version
of the TOEFL is 68.  The average score for students admitted this year
is 110.

其实就是说你要是考了68以上就可以排队交申请费了，但是要是离110太远了就别报什么希望了，呵呵。

Berkeley 还说如果你在美国上过1年英文的大学，就可以免托福
