Just finished my Duke on-campus interview yesterday and want to share with you guys.  The campus is pretty and Fuqua has a modern building.  Students seem helpful and the less agressive type. 

Interview lasted for about an hour and the interviewer asked some pretty standard questions.  Questions from her took me almost 45 to 50 minutes to answer, then she left me about ten minutes to ask some questions.

1) Walk through your resume

2) Why MBA?

3) Why Duke?

4) Why do you think you are a good fit?

5) Tell me a personal or professional experience that has the most impact on you?

6) Tell me a failure example?

7) What is your development area in your supervisor's opinion?

8) Who do you admire?

9) If you can have a Monday off, what will you do?

10) Upon joing Fuqua, which clubs you will join?

11) If you can choose from the following, which activity will you prefer: a) career coach; b) cooking club; c) start a new club

12) Tell me an example when you have to motivate others

13) Tell me a situation when you have to deal with a conflict
