Also received a full tuition scholarship yesterday.  It seems like Emory sent out all the scholarships on the same day.

BTW: Emory is really rich.

I sent in my application in early December.  But they did not start reviewing my file until mid January because of my late TOEFL scores which became available in early January.  Phone interviewed on Feb. 4 and received the offer two days later.
