after applying three programs, I feel I have no ideas anymore and what I can do is just copying and pasting. But I don't think it is right. at least I want to match my essays to each program in the perfect way(in my eyes). who has some suggestion?

I don't think copy and paste is a good approach. Though many questions are similar, they may have different emphases.

看你想要表现的是什么了。我的策略就是尽可能用想同的事例，当然表述上要进一步修改。毕竟每个学校的要求不完全一样。如果是每个题目都写完全不同的，也不太现实，毕竟有些题目问的差不多。

譬如：一个学校说：描述你经历的一次失败，你是如何处理的。而另一个学校说，描述一件你工作中遇到的困难，你是如何处理的。就可以用一个事例。
