A careful examination of this argument would reveal how groundless it is .
In the first place, the argument rests on a gratuitous assumption that commuter will ride shuttle buses because of reduce the shuttle buses fears or increase the price of parking at the subway. However, the assumption is questionable because the author provide no evidence to support this argument. The arguer fails to take into account other facts that might contribute to the result that the shuttle buses have bad condition. It likely that bus driver is a danger driver and the bus is too old for use; Any of these scenarios, if true, Therefore, this argument is unwarranted without ruling out such possibility.
In the second place, it is probably true that in certain conditions that reduce the fears of shuttle buses or increase the price of parking at subway. a Nonetheless, this alone does not constitute a sufficient support to claim that commuter will ride the shuttle buses. Therefore, the consideration is still unwarranted.
