      In our hometown there never be a university because of the limitation of various conditions such as alumnus, faculties, and equipments. Thus, the accomplishment of university must rely on the large-scale investments by local government or other organizations. The solid support would meet the need of numerous local teenagers who are eager to enter University yet have some difficulties in fees and tuitions of other university far away from home. The solution of university entry might decline the possibilities of teenage crime in the community because some of them can have another choice of their own life.

      On the other hand, the groceries, bookshops or restaurant would also flock near the new university which sparks the local economy. Enterpriser would not escape the primal chance to make profit yet also offer convenience to college students .Students can buy daily necessities , cheap books in the nearest commercial community. Also, teenagers in the neighboring region might choose the university in our community that can promote the exchange of local culture and bring fresh blood to the small town.

      In light of the noise condition of local community, the downtown might not be suitable to build a university here because it would severely distract future undergraduates. noises from street side stands and car jet engines might distort the entire atmosphere of primitive quiet campus. In addition, the faulty qualities would also problematic .after all, to employ qualified and even excellent teachers to such a small town is not simple.
