I think you do have a chance. Your strengths are salient but you may need to think of how to bring out your other aspects such as personal interest as well. Maybe Wharton is not that good a choice for you because generally speaking they like applicants with longer working experience.
School selection is important. If you've made up your mind doing IB/PE after graduation, why not try Chicago and NYU?

Finally I chose HBS, LBS, Tuck, Columbia and Yale to apply.In my mind, I treat reputation as the most important thing influencing my choice. Because partly the MBA is a dream of me.
