填个人信息的几个问题

1. That depends on your personal visa status.  If you will need to apply for a student visa, then yes.

2. That depends on individual school's requirement as well.  You should be able to find instruction as part of the application or on the admissions website.

3. If you live by yourself now (home address) but will move away after you finish your work, the school needs a reliable address (permanent address) to send information to.
