Everyday in our life, we will come up with all kinds of issues that worth considering, the topics should money spend on exploring the outer space or solving the basic problem on Earth is such one. You may consider money should spend on exploring the outer space because it is exciting. While as the old saying goes: "One man’s meat is another’s poison” and this is where I differ from you. For my part, I tend to maintain that money should be spent solving the pressing problem, I will discuss as follows[U1] .

To begin with, the problem of poverty through out the world is still emergent, which needs the governments to take it seriously. No one would deny the fact that in the south Africa the biggest dream for the little child is there are food available everyday and in China some rural areas the children should have received the elementary education. Supposing that the government of Kenya does not the care the problem of starvation but rather do as the topic states. I am sure that many people would think it is ridiculous. So, what the government should do? Make [U2] every effort to solve the economic development, to develop the education for the children, to seek help from the United Nation if possible and so on. There are a lot of things that is more practical and meaningful than exploring the outer space. In this respect, I totally agree the money should be spent to solve [U3] the stressing problems[U4] .

Also, [U5] some environmental problems require our government to put a large amount of money to deal with. I still that several years ago, there was a tsunami in India ocean which strikes thousands of house and tress, results in many people homeless, even some area had been entirely destroyed. If we confront with such disaster unexpectedly and we government does not spare the limited money to help the suffering people out, we would denounce such government and instinctively feel that the money and effort of the government should spend for the people's basic needs. Therefore, we would carefully arrive the conclusion that some money should be available to deal with this kind of problems.

In conclusion, for some developed countries it is ok [U6] for them to explore the out space because they are affluent, while basically there are still a lot of developing countries as I mentioned above should use the money to do the "right" thing。
