[求助]about score reports

my questions: (I am a Chinese student , but i will be testing toefl OUTSIDE my country of citizenship--China.
I will be testing in Thailand, and will be going to Thailand just for the test and then will come back to China.)

1, Will ets send my score report to the school where i take the test or can ets send it directly to my registered address ?
2, If ets will send my score report to the school where i take the test, could ets please be so kind to tell me a way by which i can get my score reports without going to Thailand again?
3, Some of the other toefl test takers told me that ets will offer us 4 extre free score reports to send to the universities we are intend to apply to, is that true?
4, If the third question's answer is ture, where can i fill in the name of the universities that i want to apply to?
5, For we can check our scores on net, is the paper-based score report necessary for us? What if i omit my paper score?
