All too often, employees are compelled to choose between a generous, assiduous boss and a mean, lazy supervisor. Common as this situation might be, choice is not difficult to make. A large multitude of people --–me included, will definitely decide to cooperate with a munificent， hard-working employer in that qualities given above are imperative to an outstanding boss.

To cope with numerous complaints and problems from employees, generous is, with no doubt, crucial to being a good administrator. Every supervisor, successful or not, tend to confront with countless trivial affairs, say, constant fight between different departments and claims for a payment growth, that will draw him/her crazy. A good boss, however, remains generous all the time and tackles each problem skillfully, never losing his/her temper. After several times, employees may be too ashamed to leave the trouble to their administrator and deal with it themselves. In this way, the bound between the staff can be strengthened and the business of the workplace will go better.

In addition, people demand assiduous boss to work as a model which gives rise to hard-working atmosphere within the whole company. It seems to me that almost every person, no matter man or woman, is born to be lazy, he/she seldom does his/her utmost to work if he/she is not forced to. Even if being compelled, he/she does the task reluctantly and carelessly. However, if one sees the supervisor works deep in the night and comes to the workplace early the next morning, one may esteem the boss and feel that it his/her obligation to finish the task attentively. Sooner or later, every person of the workplace will apply themselves to working process that increases the efficiency and makes large profit.

In conclusion, generous and assiduous are indispensable characteristics of a good administrator for both qualities, by influencing the behavior of the employees, will put the company into fluent operation and gain more profit.
