leon, merit based scholarship decision hasn't be released yet. most probably, i will go if i can get the visa into u.s.

mba program ranks 29th according to usnews. a few concentrations such as info tech management, etc rank higher but i cant remember exactly.

Microsoft is based in Seattle...plus a few other famous enterprises like Starbucks...so job market is not bad.
