请教一个关于伴随状语的问题

解释：B. It is not clear who would be doing the proclaiming;aclause is preferable to a phrase here.

为什么47题用伴随而59题不能用？有的解释是47中sea eagle可以做bringing的形式主语，而games不能做proclaiming的形式主语。但47E选项的解释说eagle做bringing的主语逻辑上是不对的，应该是是整个行为过程作主语。
现在的问题是：（1）.两道题分别用eagle和games作伴随状语的主语，则逻辑上都不对。（2）两道题都是前一个句子做伴随状语的主语，那么两个应该都可以用伴随状语。不知道这么想的话问题出在哪？

47题bringing做状语，伴随结果，前面整个句子可看作bringing的逻辑主语——五只鸟离开巢穴整件事情导致野生鸟数量增加，而非五只鸟导致数量增加

59题 proclaiming看上去做状语，伴随动作，1)逻辑主语为主句主语the Olympic Games，实际上应该是the pugnacious states；2)proclaiming还表示动作与主句动作helped同事发生，但实际上应该是proclaim先发生，然后才help。此外，the festival’s month也不正确

谢谢，我就是不太清楚到底是主句主语作伴随状语的主语，还是整个句子作伴随状语的主语？
1.如果是主句作伴随的主语，那么在逻辑上，47题eagle做bringing的主语，和59题games做proclaiming的主语都是不对的。
2.如果是整个句子最伴随的主语，能够解释47题和59题，但再看下边这个错误句子（错误是逗号后边的部分）：
The yield of natural gas from Norway's Troll gas field is expected to increase annually until the year 2005 and then to stabilize at six billion cubic feet a day, allowing such an extraction rate at least for 50 years production.
前边一个句子能够做allowing的主语吧？那么这句话错误是因为allowing伴随用得不对还是别的原因呢？

-ing分词短语在句尾，前面无逗号，一定做定语，就近修饰最近名词，表持续动作
-ing分词短语在句尾，前面有逗号，优先做状语，有两种情况：
1) 表伴随动作、状态、功能，与主句谓语同时发生，表持续动作，逻辑主语等于主句主语
2) 表结果，主句为因，分词短语为果，分词短语修饰整个主句，无逻辑主语
具体哪种情况由逻辑关系判断

你的问题：
1. 47题作状语，情况2)，59题作状语的话情况1)2)逻辑都不对，因此错误
2. 不知道是具体是哪一题啊，光读这个句子，个人感觉allowing没什么问题，是后面的表述allowing such an extraction rate at least for 50 years production完全不通吧，感觉上应该是allowing the gas to be produced at such a rate for at least 50 years

解释：D.Stabilizing is an incorrect verb form; it should be an infinitive to parallel to increase, the subsequent phrase is awkward and confusing because it is not clear what noun allowing is supposed to modify.

D选项stabilizing固然不对，但og同时解释说it is not clear what noun allowing is supposed to modify allowing。但如果按照上面第二种说法，前面整个句子作allowing的主语，则不应该有og所说的allowing主语不明的问题啊？
