Congrats. Cox is very good school. It is famous in Southern regions, especially in Dallas area. People call SMU as Southern Millionares University. It is common to see these freshmen driving brand-new Benz, BMW or Hummer to school. I bet you will have fun there.
SMU is a private university pretty influential in the Dallas Methodist Communities. Its tuition is very high and the rich tend to send their kids to this school. That's why people can see many luxurious cars on the campus. SMU is tiny but beautiful, and students in Cox are really proud of its Alumni Network in Dallas and even Texas.

lyw4u, have you decided to go to Cox?
miaoyin_tx : No, I will not. I have visited SMU-Cox and really like the people and environment there, but the scholarship they offered was not attractive enough. I'm totally cost-sensitive.
I don't think any B-school can guarantee you to get a decent job. Sure, you may get more chances in top ones. But it's you who can turn "chance" into reality.
Undoubtly, job hunting is tougher for international students. Some big companies don't sponsor H1 visa even if you graduate from Wharton.
So get in a B-school you feel comfortable with and do your work to get a good job. Good luck.
根据COX2005就业简报，毕业三个月后是100%。 90%以上都留在Dallas或是德州其它城市，少数的去了东西两岸。class of 2006的实习率是100%.听在校学生讲，新来的一位Associate Director of Career Management Center， Bruce Moore，人好得不得了，很帮学生。 我去参观学校的时候，听Bruce讲，国际学生毕业后拿到的平均薪水实际上比国内学生还高。但是我没有问他具体中国学生的情况。
