求助: 选择marketing vs OB

我准备申请08年的business phd, 现在很犯难的是，我不知道到底应该申请marketing还是OB，大家能不能帮忙看一下，哪一个我的可能性大一点呢？谢谢了！

我的背景：美国一national排名60左右的大学读本科，全额奖学金，大三，双学位management 和psychology, 本科到现在的总GPA 3.86, Management GPA 4.0, Psychology GPA 3.75, GRE Q 800, V 560

你的背景更适合申请OB。其实你可以考虑申请I/O PSY，出路更广，既可以进商院，也可以轻松的做咨询

OB is more suitable. Ha! From the view of money. Normally the assistantship of OB is higher than that of I/O psy.

It is difficult to say the chance. You may also try to apply master.

这样的背景不是很适合OB么？像maryland好像就挺多学心理的

The choice should be depended on your research interests. I think Ph.D. in OB and Marketing are both difficult to get admission. You should find your interests and then pursue your goal step by step. If you trully has specially passion toward a specific field, the admission committee will understand you and your story. Otherwise, you might not have stronger motivation compared to other competitors.

我和楼主的情况差不多，我很想问一下各位CDer，GRE Verbal 560，你们认为申请Business Schoool的可能性大么？因为我问了很多商学院在读的phd学生，他们都建议我再考一遍gre

The average GRE of admitted applicants is 1400-1450 (in Top 30). However, to a foreign student (if you don't have a Bachelor or a Master in a great US school), 1450 is safe.
