[录取汇报] In at UCLA without interview

In at Round 1, sorry for the late sharing. Have been in a bad mood for a while for work...

Background is very common..W/E:2.5 years so far, IB Sales& Trading 2 yrs, Corporate banking credit department 0.5 yr.

GMAT 710, GPA 3.6 TOEFL 280. Did't think i have a chance since I didn't get any interview invitation till the announcement day....Can't blv got admitted without interview tho.

I recommend people focus more on ESSAY instead of others...Essays are the keys.!! And don't give up hope, young applicants! It's all about showing your potential instead of showing what you have done !

For essay, "突出leadership 的例子表现领导力还是突出个人的ambition-long term or short term goal" is both important. I think these 2 are both focuss for different essays. Career goal- of course show ur ambition for S-T goal. For other, u shld find story and examples to standout your leadership potential.

Leadership does not mean management..U don;t need to manage a team to show u have leadership potential.
