今天收到McGill的一封email

Mr. Zhu,

This is to inform you that we received your transcripts for which we thank.

However, we cannot accept the Bachelor Certificate as we require the following: 

Certificate stating completion of the Bachelor Degree

Certificate stating Diploma Awarded

Please make arrangements to have these documents sent to us directly.  These documents and official translation must bear the original red stamp or embossed/raised seal of the institution and the signature in ink of the appropriate university official.

我的成绩单中包含了学位复印件及翻译件，都盖了红章，学校封好了的，看来没有问题。有问题的是他们需要diploma 。一般学校都不出学历证书吧？你们有碰到这种情况吗？

我们学校给办理了毕业证和学位证的证明,是用一种带水文的纸制作的,而且是中英文,最后有学校的章和校长的印章
