this is not absolute. although i do believe the school like to take young applicants, as long as you can justify why now is the best time of your life to have an mba education and you have made more achievements than those younger applicants, that will be fine. age alone should not be a discouraging factor...
these two schools take different applicants although some people could be admitted by both. the ding by some specific schools does not necessarily mean you are not strong applicants at other schools....《顶级商学院成功申请人访谈》is not a representative sample of all chinese applicants. every year there are dozens of hbs admits who get declined by stanford, but vice versa. you never know your result until you really try....
