急啊. essay问题请教

1.         Describe the career that you would like to pursue after earning a graduate degree. Address issues such as whether you are entering the business world for the first time, changing fields, or advancing in a field or organization where you expect to remain.
     Why have you chosen this particular career?

主要是红色部分不太理解. 高人指点一下。

什么意思?  academic inconsistencies 说的是啥?

1. They want to know if you're thinking about switching fields or staying at your current field.  They also want to know if you've been previously exposed to the business world.

2. GPA being low than usual in a particular area, during a term, etc.
