答案是B，我不明白...另外A为什么不对呢？

选项A中没有原文中“某某A如何如何，好。某某B没有如何如何，不好。所以结论：应该把某某A的经验借鉴到某某B身上”的推理。

而B正好是这样的。

另外技巧上，答案A的结论是什么什么不必要，也没有和原文的should如何如何paralell

the flaw made in the stimulus is that it assumes if A and B both occured, then A is a necessary condition to B. In other words, no administrator is mistakenly thought as a necessary condition to longevity.  The choice B commits the same fallacy, using computer is wrongly taken as a necessary condition to having the book published.

OK, if you look at sufficient/necessary, the real fallacy is mistaken reversal. No administrator is rightfuly taken as necessary condtion, but it's not a sufficient condition. But I think it's a little awkward to think that way. 

Look at C/E way, as you mentioned partially, the fallacy is corrlation is taken as causation.  No administrator and great university co-existed, but that doesnt mean no administrator cause great university.  So the sufficient doesnt exist here.
