今天收到 NJIT的offer

关于 admission conditions 是这么写的

submit final transcript w/proof of BS degree completion

Designation of possible bridge course to be determined in consulation w/advisor

两个问题：1 "w/" 是什么意思

2 designation of possible bridge course to be determined in consulation w/advisor 说的是什么？
