just as an old saying goes: each coin has two sides, all societies have not only many outstanding cases of user-friendly services but also some examples of user-unfriendly systems. the term-user friendly means that people can use some products or services in a trouble-free way. we can easily tell a user-friendly system or services from a user-unfriendly system in our daily life such as in a government office, a library, public transportation etc.
in the first place, many more electric products can be sold very well if they have many user-friendly merits. in my case, i can buy a portable television during going abroad. this television has light weight as well as functions as a computer screen! it is greatly convenient for my studying abroad because i need not buy two cumbersome television and computer separately. when i need live in a new place, putting my television into suitcases is easy for me.
in the second place, libraries in most countries are equipped by user-friend establishments. in modern society, time is money. it is inefficient for people going to libraries to search needed books personally. instead, more people can search what they want through the internet since libraries build up an electric library. no matter where we are, we can book the needed materials by clicking our keyboards. in modern libraries, readers can apply for electric cards that can make us borrow or return our books in any branch libraries because of the user-friend intersectional net system.
in the third place, most countries’ public transportation systems are user-friendly reflected in many aspects. in canada’s case, disable people can take bus easily because some special seats are prepared user-friendly. in canada, there existed many kinds of transportation systems such as sky-train, sea-bus etc and then different transportation systems can satisfy different people’s needs.
in conclusion, user-friend service and systems are very common in our modern society. the level of user-friend service and systems reflects this country’s civilization extent, at the same time, human-beings can enjoy their lives better since the constant development of user-friend service and systems. we should maintain user-friend aspects and adjust user-unfriend service and systems to better conditions.
