如何联系Rotman？

我想和学校联系一下,问问自己的情况是否值得申请,特别是GPA的情况.请问有谁知道怎样和ROTMAN联系,有没有具体的人我可以联系,并要求一个info. interview. 谢谢!

I asked Rotman about the requirement of GPA for students who get bachelor degree in China.

Below is its answer:

Thank you for your e-mail and interest in the Rotman MBA.

We require an 85% in your final year of studies.  This is one of our School of Graduate Studies rule and it must be met.

That's the thing I am concerned. My GPA is less than the requirement. However, I was wondering whether I could talk to them in person for further evaluation. Of course, I am not betting on that. I just wanted to know what my chance is based on my whole situation.

Actually, you have little chance, it is a requirement of Toronto University not rotman, it is a hard requirement and must be met. Many has request a comprehensive evaluation, but nobody succeeded. (last year GPA > 85%, TWE >5.0) I have confirmed with Rotman admission, GPA85% must be met, TWE 4.5 is the bottomline on the base of your stong background.

对中国学生，最后一年GPA>85%是Rotman最臭名昭著的政策，加拿大的学生只要75％。我问过他们专门管成绩单这块的人，不可能通融，具体算法是所有full－time的课平均，part－time不算。这事搞得我很烦，因为我最后一年考的英语六级，只有60多分，但显然不是full的课。还有一个三周的金工实习，时间上不伦不类。不知该算full or part. 最后一学期最绝，只有一篇毕业论文，不过分数挺高（90多）。两个多星期了，他们也没给我消息。估计背难住了，哈哈。
