Talked via phone with one current stu from China mainland and got this info. Not sure if this is rumor or not. At least I did not see any on CD so far...

There are 7-8 Chinese admits for the 1st round, and 5 of them are directly from mainland China. This information is provided by the admissions' office.

I have an ex-colleague who is the second-year student in Kellogg. He told me they were calling the admits from mainland China for follow-up questions.I believe the number is correct, and they just don't show up in this forum.
