关于中欧申请的几个问题

中欧第二轮的申请结束日期是2006年2月16号。想问：

1）中欧是rolling basis吗？

2）一般面试是by invitation还是需要约的？

3）面试在你提交材料后几时呢？

Not on rolling base. I think it should be called round base.

By invitation.

Interview will be one month or more after the deadline for each round.
