I think it is a relative issue. One can meet very nice admissions staff and one may meet very unfriendly one.
Columia is trying to tie more into China , though it's true the quota is small for Chinese, even though the school normally doesn't admit there is such a quota. I think it has formed partnership with Futan for EMBA recently.
