刚结束Queens MMA面试，发一下面经攒一下rp。
【项目特点】
- Queens MMA项目从官网介绍来看，个人认为在business和quant之间较为偏向business。
- 课程设置中团队协作是主要形式，因此项目很看中team play的能力，这也体现在面试问题侧重中。
- 项目课程时间设置对在职人士十分友好，因此可以遇见会带来较多在职或有工作经验的申请人。
【面试官】
- 面试官是 Jennifer Campbell, 项目的Associate Director。
- 面试前看了下她的linkedin， 是今年新加入项目组的成员，之前职业及学术背景都主要是Marketing相关的。
- 从面试过程的追问中，也会更多的在behavior的部分。
- 面试官很好沟通，也乐于分享
【面试过程】
- 面试形式：zoom视频
- 面试时长：30分钟
- 面试问题：问题比较固定，我按照之前CD上的搜罗的面经准备，基本没有范围以外的题目。

- Your Strengths and weakness?
- Why MMA why queens?
- What can you bring to the program?
