Your GMAT score is very strong for INSEAD, which is great; however, your 3.3 undergraduate GPA may raise some questions from the AdCom about your academic preparation. We recommend being prepared to explain why your GPA wasn't higher -- perhaps you had other priorities that you were balancing at the time (such as family obligations or a work-study job), or perhaps you took some exceptionally difficult courses. Ideally, you'll want to demonstrate that you have compensated for any weakness in your undergraduate record since then; for example, if you struggled with English courses in undergrad, you'll want to show how you've developed your English skills since then.
Regarding your post-MBA employment opportunities, this really depends on your personal career path and goals. In general, having an MBA degree from a top global school like INSEAD will be an asset when applying to management-level positions, but that's less valued in certain companies or in certain industries. We recommend that you speak with people in your network who currently have the kind of roles that you hope to have in 10 or 15 years to get their opinion about whether an MBA from a school like INSEAD will give you a strong advantage later in your career.
