攒人品！JHU MSF 2020Fall Kira面经

前几天刚面试完2020Fall JHU MSF 的Kira面试，虽然不打算申请了，但还是放上来给有需要的人，给自己的dream offer攒人品。总共两道题，题目如下：

1. What is one thing that you really want to learn from a foreign culture. Why?
2. Tell me a time when there is a bully on your team. What is the outcome and what had you learnt?

第一题我讲述了自己对日本文化spirit of craftsmanship的敬仰，第二题我套用了ethical dilemma的例子，讲述实习期间一个女孩take advantage of the team's work的经历。建议大家注意时间，多说what had you leanrt，我自己是完全没讲到这里就结束了，但这里其实是最重要的。

再放一个朋友R1 Kira的面试题：
1. Which country do you want to live after 3 years of graduation? Why?
2. Tell me a time when you got second place in a competition. What is the outcome and what had you leanrt?

总结下来，我觉得大家需要准备一下关于culture，setback和group conflict之类的经历，希望大家面试顺利！！
