Thank you! First, in terms of transferring to other Cal State schools, I recommend checking with the website or organization that oversees the academic programs for he Cal State system. I don't know if you can transfer within the system, and if so, what is required for that transfer. Second, in terms of SB v. Hofstra, you have two very different locales. If your goals are focused on finance, consulting, and similar fields, then Hofstra is near NYC. In terms of job opportunities, networking, and just general company exposure, Hofstra by far is the better choice. SB is really not in a major business center, although it is near Irvine and LA; however, with traffic and such, you will be quite isolated. As a result, I would highly recommend Hofstra, unless you truly want to be based in CA. Hope this helps!
