OB/HR Part-time RA recruitment

Job Responsibilities:

Part-time Research Assistant position in thedepartment of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at ChinaEurope International Business School (CEIBS). The main responsibility is towork with Dr. Michelle Zheng of CEIBS on her research projects. Job tasksinclude data management (e.g., collecting and analyzing), literature review, andcoordination of research projects, etc. The appointed RA can be located inother cities. He or she does not need to work in Shanghai.

Job Requirements:

1. Recent Ph.D. or doctoral student withresearch experience in business, management, psychology, or statistics. Ormaster graduate planning to pursue a PhD in organizational behavior orpsychology overseas.  
2. Good at quantitative research methods,including designing surveys and experiments, data collection, and data analysissuch as structural equation modeling, multiple regression analysis, andmultilevel analysis. With experiences in using quantitative analysis softwaresuch as SPSS, STATA, SAS, Mplus, and/or R.
3. Excellent English and Chinese reading,speaking, and writing ability.
4. Able to commit for at least 1 year.
