Job Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following:
1. Assist in research, including literature review, collecting/coding/analyzing data, coordination ofresearch projects, etc. 2. Assist in teaching, including material preparation (pre- and on-course data analysis, case writing,and slides preparation), EMBA class coordination and other logisticcoordination. 3. Assist to contact andcoordinate with international scholars and Chinese executives. 4. General administrativetasks, including budgeting, correspondence, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Master or doctoral graduatewith research experience in OB/HR, other academic background such as socialstatistics, business strategy, sociology or psychology are also preferred.
2. Strong proficiency in quantitative and/or qualitative researchmethodology, including data collection, surveys and experiments design, anddata cleaning and analysis (such as SEM, Multiple regression, and multilevelanalysis). With experiences in using quantitative analysis softwaresuch as SPSS, STATA, M plus, and/or R.
3. Candidatemust have strong analytical capability and intellectual curiosity.
4. Excellent English and Chinese reading, speaking, and writtenability.
5. Excellentinterpersonal skills and maturity in workplace collaboration.
6. Able tocommit for at least 1 year
